Prarthana Dakhole is a Research Analyst at Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, supporting the delivery of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) across Coventry and Warwickshire.
In her role, she works closely with employers, education providers, local authorities, and industry stakeholders to understand workforce challenges, identify skills gaps, and gather intelligence on current and future labour market needs.
With a strong background in research, project coordination, and business analysis, Prarthana specialises in designing and delivering employer engagement activities, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing evidence-based insights that help shape regional skills priorities. Her work contributes to the development of initiatives that support workforce development, productivity, and economic growth across the region.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Prarthana gained experience across consultancy, corporate, and project management environments, delivering research projects, stakeholder engagement programmes, and business improvement initiatives. This diverse background enables her to bring a practical and analytical perspective to understanding business needs and translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
