Devising an accountable marketing and sales strategy

Can you define the steps between a prospect becoming aware of you and making a sale?
We’ll use the marketing acronym AIDA to illustrate the journey from awareness to making a sale. Identifying the actions needed to move a prospect through the mental states that lead to the decision to buy.
An example will be used to illustrate the use of metrics to enable accountability around the marketing and sales process. A tool that can be applied to your own AIDA funnel and keep the drive for new business, even during bust periods.
Our workshops are FREE to attend and are delivered as part of the Business Ready programme to support tech-based and knowledge intensive businesses based in Warwickshire.
