Marketing Expert that powered Gary Neville and Stephen Bartlett’s success to Speak in Warwickshire
Warwickshire business owners will have the opportunity to hear from one of the UK’s most recognised modern business leaders this March, as Katy Leeson joins GrowthCLUB as keynote speaker.
Katy is the former UK Managing Director of Stephen Bartlett’s Social Chain, where she helped lead rapid expansion from a 30-person Manchester start-up to a global agency operating across 24 offices. During her tenure, the company experienced significant revenue growth and worked with major international brands.
She later became CEO of Gary Neville’s Relentless Group, overseeing media strategy and supporting the launch of The Overlap, now one of the UK’s most popular sports shows on YouTube.
Known for her candid approach to leadership, Katy speaks openly about imposter syndrome, sustainable performance and the psychological demands of scaling a business. Her keynote at GrowthCLUB will focus on helping leaders navigate growth with clarity, resilience and purpose.
GrowthCLUB is a quarterly business planning workshop designed to enable business owners to step away from day-to-day operations and build a structured 90-day action plan. Organisers say bringing speakers of national calibre to Warwickshire reflects the increasing ambition of the region’s SME community.
“Katy has operated at the highest levels of modern media and business leadership,” said Kevin Riley, Growth Specialist and organiser of GrowthCLUB. “Creating access to that experience for local business owners is part of our commitment to raising standards and supporting sustainable growth across Warwickshire.”
The March event is open to business owners and senior leadership teams across the region.
