All of these best practice ‘Excellence’ approaches are widely applicable in any organisation, and can deliver significant long-term benefits.
The workshop will provide key insights on ‘Organisation Excellence’ and challenge attendees to identify their next-steps to guide their organisation towards excellence.
These workshops are delivered as part of the Business Ready programme to support tech-based and knowledge intensive businesses, with high growth potential based in Warwickshire.
