Discover the fascinating world of bees with our Beekeeping Experience at Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa, a unique day celebrating the golden treasures of our gardens.
Begin your visit with tea, coffee and a guided honey tasting, where you will sample a selection of delicious honeys while learning about their flavours and origins. You will then head out onto the estate to visit our resident bee hives, where you’ll enjoy a hands-on beekeeping experience and learn more about these remarkable pollinators and their vital role in nature.
Following your time with the bees, return to the house for a pre-lunch glass of fizz, before enjoying a honey-inspired two-course lunch in The Warwick, by MasterChef The Professionals Winner, Stu Deeley; a celebration of flavour, craftsmanship and the simple joys of nature’s sweetness.

Gin Making Experience - East Chase Distillery

Join us at our distillery as we guide you through the art of gin craftsmanship, allowing you to create your very own bottle of gin.
Over the 3-hour gin-making experience you will receive expert guidance on recipe development from a range of over 350 botanicals; detailed instruction on the practical aspects of gin distillation using one of our 1.5L 'mini-stills', the end result being your very own gin - bottled up and ready to take home to enjoy.
During the experience you will also be able to sample our own gin and Vodka, while you graze on a freshly prepared deli board.
Bookings are available as a couple for £175 or on your own for £125. Each booking is for the use of 1 mini-still, which will create one bottle of gin.
