Resolute Recruitment has moved into the Business Innovation Centre in Binley, part of the University of Warwick Science Park, after deciding its previous premises no longer suited the needs of the business.
Founded in 2020 by Steve Borondy and Mark Knight, Resolute Recruitment specialises in placing candidates into transport and engineering roles and has built a strong reputation across the Midlands and beyond.
The company had previously been operating from larger premises, but the space was more than the business required and did not offer the kind of atmosphere Steve and Mark wanted for their growing team, clients and candidates.
Following an extensive search for new premises, the pair identified the Business Innovation Centre as the ideal location for the next stage of Resolute Recruitment’s growth.
The business has now moved its team of five into the centre and believes the professional and collaborative environment could help it double its size within the next few years.

“When we visited the Business Innovation Centre, it immediately felt different. The atmosphere was welcoming, professional and somewhere we could be proud to bring both clients and candidates.
“It also felt like a place where our team could enjoy coming to work every day, which is incredibly important to us.
“The recruitment market is challenging at the moment, particularly when it comes to finding high-quality candidates. Competition is strong and businesses need recruitment partners who can reach the right people quickly.
“Despite those challenges, we're very optimistic about the future. We have built excellent relationships within the transport and engineering sectors, and our advertising strategy continues to generate strong results.
“Moving into the Business Innovation Centre gives us a platform to build on that success. We are confident that we can double the size of our team over the next two to three years and continue expanding our presence across the industries we serve.”
The Business Innovation Centre provides flexible office space and support services for businesses ranging from start-ups to established firms looking to grow within the region.
