Talbots Law has strengthened its Corporate & Commercial department with the appointments of Fiona Boxwell, Kamla Singh and Alicia Di Scenza, as part of its growing For Law For Business offering.

The appointments form part of the firm's continued investment in its specialist Business Hubs across Birmingham, Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent, Stourbridge, Telford, Wolverhampton and Worcester. The expanding business services proposition, further strengthens its ability to deliver commercially focused legal support to organisations at every stage of their growth journey.

Fiona Boxwell joins the team as Director & Solicitor, bringing extensive experience advising businesses on complex corporate and commercial matters. Her appointment further strengthens the senior leadership within the department and enhances the firm’s ability to support clients through key stages of growth, investment and succession planning.

Kamla Singh joins as a Solicitor within the Corporate & Commercial team, adding further depth to Talbots Law’s growing business services capability. Her expertise and client-focused approach will support the team’s continued expansion and ensure businesses receive responsive, commercially minded legal guidance tailored to their ambitions.

Alicia Di Scenza joins as a Solicitor with significant experience across corporate and commercial law, advising businesses through a plethora of complex commercial matters. Her experience spans a variety of sectors including technology, construction, manufacturing, healthcare and professional services.

The expanded Corporate & Commercial team can now further support clients on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, company restructuring, commercial contracts, joint ventures and strategic business growth.
