The Midlands’ first employee-owned law specialist started its expansion with the acquisition of Onions and Davies in Market Drayton and continued with the purchase of Tinsdills Solicitors, a four-office practice headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent.
This move added a £5m turnover business with a strong reputation for outstanding client service, aligning perfectly with the company’s acquisition strategy and its employee ownership values and beliefs.
Talbots also completed the acquisition of Benussi & Co in the final part of its business year, a highly regarded family law practice.
Boasting a strong Birmingham city centre footprint, the specialist firm will continue to run as a standalone brand, but with the added benefit of its clients being able to access a wider suite of legal services from its eye-catching city centre offices at 103 Colmore Row.
