The Midlands Marketing Awards confirmed that this year saw an “incredibly high standard of submissions” and described the shortlist as a “fantastic achievement”.
Paulina’s submission included SLT Media’s ongoing pro bono social media support for Opoka CIO, a specialist organisation supporting Polish-speaking women and children affected by domestic abuse in the UK.
The work focused on making sensitive and complex topics clearer, more accessible and culturally appropriate for the audience.
The submission also highlighted SLT Media’s support for Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind’s 60 for 60 campaign, including fundraising, content ideas and practical marketing support.
Another key area of Paulina’s recent work has been SLT Gateway, which focuses on UK market entry, localisation, brand positioning, credibility signals and marketing strategy for Polish businesses preparing to enter the UK market.
Paulina has also been active in regional export and business support initiatives, including the UKEF Female Founder Export Accelerator with Lifted Ventures, the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Exporting Starts Here programme and wider conversations around international trade and SME growth.
Beyond SLT Media, Paulina supports early-stage founders as a Start-up Programme Advisory Board Member at Warwick Enterprise, part of the University of Warwick. She is also involved with the OPTIC Advisory Group, focused on inclusive leadership and growth.
Paulina said: “I’m genuinely proud to be shortlisted for Marketing Leader of the Year. For me, leadership is about creating clarity, helping people move forward and using marketing to make businesses, communities and ideas easier to understand, trust and act on.
“This recognition reflects not only my own work, but also the team, clients, partners and community around SLT Media.”
In 2025, Paulina was shortlisted for Future Leader of the Year at the Midlands Marketing Awards. SLT Media was also shortlisted for Marketing Impact of the Year for its work with Opoka CIO and was a finalist in the Community Champion category at the Coventry & Warwickshire Business and Community Awards 2026.
