Key wins include a major industrial scheme with a leading automotive manufacturer. In healthcare, the company has secured a new project with housing association Sovereign Network Group, while growth in the leisure and hospitality sector also remains strong, including a contract with a UK leisure facilities provider.

Midlands fit-out firm secures £11m in project wins as growth continues
Midlands-based commercial design, build and fit-out contractor, McCarthys has secured £11 million in new business in the first quarter of its financial year.
The strong start provides the business with a healthy forward order book of circa £19 million as it enters FY26/27, comprising both confirmed project wins and anticipated contracts currently at advanced stages.
