Javed Haidary joins McCarthys as quantity surveyor to support the commercial delivery of projects across the business’ growing portfolio. He brings a strong track record across the West Midlands construction sector.
Oliver Mills also joins the team. Appointed as senior site manager, Mills has over 16 years’ experience delivering residential, commercial and mixed use developments ranging from £2m to £12m+.
The appointments mark the latest investment in the team, following a 30 per cent increase in permanent employee headcount over the last two years.
They also come after the recent launch of McCarthys’ refreshed business strategy. Designed to deliver a more targeted, client-focused service, the approach is structured in line with six key markets: offices, education, healthcare, industrial and leisure, and bespoke projects.
