This has included curating a new look dining room and re-branding the restaurant as The Warwick to evoke British tradition, which is reflected in much of the food that is served featuring seasonal dishes using ingredients from Mallory Court’s kitchen gardens, under the guidance of Executive Head Chef Stu Deeley.
The most popular dish with guests has been the Baked Alaska, with guests able to sample different seasonal varieties throughout the year.
Josefine Blomqvist, general manager at Mallory Court Hotel and Spa, said: “Relaunching a restaurant was a brave step by the whole team, as it lives or dies by its reputation, but all of us have been blown away by people’s the reaction to The Warwick over the past year.
“Having had the pleasure of welcoming several nationally recognised chefs to dine at the restaurant over the past year has also been a particular highlight, alongside The Warwick's inclusion in the Michelin Guide earlier this year.
“We are blessed with the kitchen gardens here at Mallory Court, which allows us to put seasonal twists on our food with our Signature menu, whether it is home-grown broad beans, mint or sun-ripened tomatoes.
“Another highlight has been welcoming pupils from local schools and giving them an insight into the journey from field to fork. Mallory provides a wonderful setting to inspire an interest in hospitality, and hopefully some will go on to pursue a career in the industry.”
The Warwick is open Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 9.15pm, and Sundays from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Sunday Lunch is available from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.
