The conference will take place from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm on 16th May 2024 at Merevale Hall in Atherstone, with kind permission from Merevale’s owner Sir William Matthew Dugdale.
Alastair Frew is head of Lodders’ Renewable Energy team and will Chair the conference. Of the event, he says: “We are entering an era of ongoing change for land management, as an increasing number of landowners are seeking to generate new income streams by exploring renewable energy options. - Hugh Taylor of Roadnight Taylor, who will discuss National Grid connection landowner feasibility studies and connection applications
- Peter White of Gopsall Accountants, who will speak about how change in land use impacts tax position, important for succession planning
- James Collier of Howkins and Harrison, who will provide an overview of the local renewables market
