The investment represents one of the most significant upgrades in the venue's history and includes a new LED wall, a starcloth ceiling installation, an upgraded intelligent lighting rig, redesigned reception facilities, a new bar, premium wall cladding and new flooring throughout.
Located within a 600-acre estate in the Warwickshire countryside, the IXL Events Centre hosts a variety of corporate events, conferences, awards ceremonies, weddings and live entertainment.
No Ordinary Hospitality Management (NOHM) supports the venue's sales and marketing activity, helping to attract conferences, meetings and corporate events from across the UK.
Ron Terry, Group Operations Director at NOHM, said: "This investment significantly strengthens IXL Events Centre's proposition for event organisers – and the results are incredible.
“Businesses are increasingly looking for venues that combine high-quality facilities and an outstanding delegate experience, which the IXL delivers on a daily basis.
"The venue has been a popular destination for conferences, weddings, awards ceremonies and live events for over a decade now and these enhancements ensure organisers have access to the facilities and technology needed to deliver stand out events of all kinds.”
Atul Lakhani, CEO of IXL Events Centre, said: "This represents a significant milestone for the IXL and reflects our ambition to establish ourselves as one of the UK’s finest destinations for conferences, corporate events and live entertainment.
"Event organisers increasingly expect venues to deliver exceptional production capabilities alongside outstanding hospitality and visitor experiences. This refurbishment enables us to meet those expectations while providing clients with greater flexibility, enhanced technology and a truly memorable setting for their events.
"The transformation has created a venue that is equipped to support future growth and attract even more high-profile events to Warwickshire and the wider Midlands."
The investment is expected to strengthen the venue's appeal to national event organisers seeking high-specification facilities outside London, while supporting the continued growth of the Midlands events sector and attracting new conferences, awards ceremonies and large-scale corporate gatherings to the region.
