The move reflects the firm’s investment in space that will support further expansion, reinforcing HCR’s long-term commitment to Leamington Spa and the wider Warwickshire market.
It provides a modern, collaborative environment that enables teams to work closely with colleagues, supporting them to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
HCR Law’s new office at Hyperion House is located on Tachbrook Park, just a short walk from the firm’s previous Leamington Spa base.
From 5 May 2026, the Leamington office will be known as HCR Law. The change makes it simpler for clients and contacts across its 13 offices in England and Wales, and strengthens its position as a leading regional law firm.
Sam Payne, Joint Head of Leamington Spa Office, said: “Our new office gives us the space and environment we need to support continued growth in Leamington. Our team has expanded in response to increasing client demand across our full-service offering and this move enables us to build on that momentum.”
Heath Thomas, Joint Head of Leamington Spa Office, said: “Remaining on the same business park means our clients benefit from a familiar location, while our new HCR Law name reflects a unified firm. It makes things simpler for our clients in Leamington and Warwickshire and for colleagues and contacts across England and Wales.”
