The Considerate Constructors Scheme is an independently run scheme supporting and guiding positive change in the construction industry.

The projects shortlisted all achieved a perfect 45 out of 45 score in their CCS Audits, highlighting that they hit the highest possible standards and each site was named a Bronze Winner for 2026 at the ceremony.

The winning sites included Birch View in Coventry, which has seen the construction of a 38-bedroom specialist care home in partnership with Exemplar Health Care for adults living with complex needs
Also in Coventry, the firm has completed a new headquarters for the Finham Park Multi Academy Trust, alongside additional classrooms and sports facilities for Finham Park 2 secondary school.

The project has supported the school’s continued growth while delivering social value through local employment and supply chain engagement.

Mill Place in Sutton Coldfield will provide 137 independent living apartments for Anchor, supporting the growing demand for later living accommodation.

The development is transforming a complex brownfield site into a sustainable residential community, with a focus on energy efficiency and shared spaces for residents.

Meanwhile in Hucknall, the Watnall Road scheme is regenerating the site of a former police station to deliver 73 affordable extra care apartments on behalf of Preferred Homes.

The development will provide high-quality homes for residents over 55, alongside communal facilities designed to support independent living.
