Dawn Cooper, a partner at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We are pleased to be welcoming Paris as a new accounts assistant on our busy property accounts team.
“Paris is fresh out of university, but she caught our eye after directly applying to me via LinkedIn, and she continued to impress us at interview, with a relevant degree and a drive to succeed in finance and accounting.
“Despite political and economic uncertainty, we continue to grow here at Bromwich Hardy, winning a range of new instructions, and we are therefore keen to further strengthen our finance team.”
Ms Andreou was brought up in north London before heading to university and has worked at Waitrose throughout her studies.
The 22-year-old said: “I’m excited to have joined Bromwich Hardy, where I've been made really welcome by everyone.
“My degree helped me to developed strong numerical and analytical skills through econometrics, interpreting and analysing financial data, identifying trends, and producing reports and forecasts.
“I’m now looking forward to applying these skills in the workplace, further strengthening the company’s finance team.”
