ESPO are a public sector organisation who work with and buy on behalf of education providers. Their frameworks give education providers access to thousands of products and services, such as contract catering. The most recent ESPO framework is part of a new catering service model which includes a ‘Lot’ specifically designed for education services. Their website reads: “The Education Lot includes service providers who are experts in their field and will tailor their catering service to meet your specific requirements… Depending on your requirements and size of premises a range of service models can be offered.”

CPC are a purchasing association. Their main purpose is to produce EU-tendered purchasing frameworks. These cover a wide variety of products and services and their portfolio is constantly developing. The CPC now hosts over 5,500 member institutions nationwide.
