The Hargreaves family have made a fortune in the Christmas decoration business and are celebrating tonight with an unforgettable Christmas party after having yet another successful year.
Patriarch of the family is Sir Declan Hargreave, who established the business many years ago. Tonight, he is promising to reveal some important news. Everyone is expecting him to announce his retirement and who will succeed him as head of the company.
The new head will instantly be in control of a multimillion-pound business and reap the rewards that kudos would bring… Is everyone excited about this possible news – surely nothing sinister could happen at Christmas?
Leaf Bowl Making - with finalist Dave from the Great Pottery Throw Down

Enjoy a peaceful woodland walk to gather leaves, then craft a clay bowl with Pottery Throw Down finalist David Short. Learn slab-building, embossing, and colouring techniques to create a unique, nature-inspired piece. Take your bowl home to dry or leave it to be professionally fired.

Mental Elf 2025 Kidderminster

Held at the stunning Bodenham Arboretum in Kidderminster, this event isn’t just about raising funds, it’s about bringing our community together and shining a light on the importance of mental health and wellbeing, especially during the holiday season. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or just coming along for the festive vibes!
What to Expect
- A 5K festive fun run. Run or walk this route takes you through the beautiful Bodenham Arboretum, with some hilly terrain and muddy tracks: so expect a bit of a challenge but plenty of festive fun! Please note: the route includes uneven ground, hills and muddy tracks, and is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. To accommodate individuals of all abilities we are running a separate accessible route for individuals, their families and friends who would prefer a stable course.
- Christmas fancy dress (with a prize for the best-dressed Elf!)
- A festive best dressed dog competition, bring your furry friends!
- Special discounts for families, groups and corporate teams.
