Apprentices at a Coventry company have been describing to a Government minister what they love about their roles.
Baroness Jacqui Smith, Minister of State at Department for Education and Department of Work and Pensions, paid a visit to XL Motors, which specialises in vehicle accident repair and service from its base in the city.

And the team behind the West Midlands Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), which is led by Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, is now exploring new ways of ensuring leaders and managers get the kind of training and support they need to help overcome the issue.
