Warwickshire - Local Skills Improvement Plan 2026 - 2029

This Local Skills Improvement Plan has been approved by the Secretary of State in accordance with the requirements of section 1 of the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022, and the relevant published statutory guidance.

Annex A – Further Explanatory Information on Skills Needs

Detailed evidence and employer insights that underpin the Warwickshire LSIP.

  • Presents findings from employer surveys, meaningful engagement activities and thematic solutions workshops.
  • Highlights the key recruitment challenges, workforce priorities and skills gaps identified by Warwickshire employers.
