Your job specification:

• Oversee production planning and performance to meet customer requirements, including managing personnel, equipment, and KPIs like cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage the annual budget with a view of exceeding the annual goal.
• Support and drive continuous improvement activities to optimise equipment and processes.
• Support cross-functional collaboration for new product introductions and ensure timely, high-quality customer deliveries.
• Manage team development, including recruitment, training, motivation and supporting any HR matteres,
• Ensure effective communication and compliance, covering company policies, health and safety, and standard work practices.
• Deputise for other team leaders and their production areas as required.

Your Profile:

• Technical apprenticeship + HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Have experience in a high-pressured production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Passionate, driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
