We are delighted that a year on, the risk has paid off. In just twelve months, we’ve seen net food revenue increase by 449% year on year, as Stone & Ivy has become a destination in its own right. The restaurant has attracted a growing number of loyal guests and created a new stream of revenue for the hotel.
This innovative approach also earned us a place as a finalist in the Problem Solver category at the Coventry and Warwickshire Business Awards, recognising the success of our strategy and the determination of the team behind it.
We are passionate about continuing to evolve. Recently, we launched a new Local Loyalty Scheme, helping us to thank and reward our returning local diners. We introduce a new menu each quarter, keeping dishes seasonal, fresh and exciting for our guests.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in just one year. The journey of Stone & Ivy so far has had it’s challenges but has been incredibly rewarding. We look forward to celebrating with our guests throughout June
