From the gleaming chrome of yesteryear to the cutting-edge technology of tomorrow, the festival’s vehicle display promises to be a visual feast. Visitors can expect to see a curated collection of vintage British icons, "Hot Rod" customs, and performance modern classics. The event also celebrates two-wheelers, featuring everything from classic Italian scooters to unique, scratch-built motorcycles. A standout highlight of the day will be the dedicated Student Showcase, where the college’s own engineering students will debut their hand-built car and motorcycle projects, demonstrating the world-class skills nurtured right here on campus.
"Trident MotorFest is about much more than just a love for beautiful machines; it is about bringing our community together to celebrate the incredible intersection of art, skill, and engineering," says Yas Shilton, Marketing Manager. "We are thrilled to open our doors and show families and prospective students the sheer range of possibilities within this industry. Having a legend like Mike Brewer join us to celebrate our students’ hard work truly makes this a landmark day for the college and for Warwick."
Beyond the metal and motors, the "Pit Stop" food court will offer a gourmet tour of local flavors to keep the festival buzzing. Visitors can recharge with authentic Caribbean spice from Nally’s Jamaican Jerk Grill, gourmet patties from Mister V Burgers, or artisan slices from Slice n Easy Pizza. For those with a sweet tooth, The Biscuiterie and Pepe’s Whipped Ice Cream will be serving up festival favorites throughout the afternoon, ensuring there is something to satisfy every appetite.
Trident MotorFest also serves as an all-access pass to the world of professional engineering. The college’s state-of-the-art labs and workshops will be open for interactive tours and hands-on workshops, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the facilities that drive the UK automotive sector. Younger visitors can burn off energy with go-karting, test their skills on professional racing simulators, or engage with engineering-themed games designed to inspire the innovators of tomorrow.
