The King’s Hill Masterplan and Design Code SPD builds on principles established through approved planning applications and sets out a clear vision for the emerging new neighbourhoods. It aims to secure high-quality architecture and landscape design across the entire site, alongside the coordinated delivery of essential infrastructure including schools, transport links, healthcare provision and community facilities.
Warwick District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Place, Councillor Chris King, commented:
“Kings Hill is a large and strategically significant site, and this SPD sets out clear guidance to ensure the creation of a well-planned, sustainable community supported by the necessary infrastructure. I encourage all interested parties to review the document and contribute to shaping the future development of this area.”
