The new department will provide a comprehensive range of services for both employees and employers:
- For Employees: Advice on dismissals, discrimination, disciplinary action, grievances, and settlement agreements, including support for senior executives on exit strategies and negotiations.
- For Employers: Drafting of employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, and staff handbooks, alongside guidance on settlement agreements, policies, procedures, redundancy, restructuring, and day-to-day HR concerns through a Retainer Service.
Ruby Rai will be based at TFS’s Leamington Spa office but will be providing support to businesses and individuals throughout Warwickshire, Leicestershire and beyond. She is committed to ensuring the department delivers practical, effective, and tailored solutions for clients.
