With 25 years of experience, Thinventory delivers critical parts to engineers, helping customers meet tight service level agreements, and operate more efficiently.
The PUDO+ service extends Thinventory’s network, which already includes over 1,500 locker locations, by adding manned handover points. Customers will have the option to blend collection points based on stock type, engineer requirements, or specific project needs.
Customers and their engineers who use PUDO+ will benefit from the full suite of Thinventory services including comprehensive end-to-end parts tracking, productivity-enhancing tools such as the Thinventory Mobile app, and a broad range of solutions designed to tackle supply chain challenges.
The new PUDO+ network will also support oversized parts that may not fit in standard lockers.
Thinventory CEO Dave Wilson said: “The launch of PUDO+ gives customers the best of both worlds, offering the opportunity to blend both locker services and PUDOs.
“Built on Thinventory’s proven reliability and 99.7 per cent on-time delivery performance, PUDO+ delivers the trusted service which our customers expect with flexibility of a PUDO, to cater for different project requirements and inventory sizes.”
The PUDO+ network is available now, with trial customers receiving deliveries. Customers can register their interest with their Thinventory account manager.
Thinventory supports the logistics and operational requirements of field engineers across multiple industries, including utilities, telco, IT, healthcare and data centres.
