The initial reason for exchanging details wasn't even about working together directly. As Sam explains: "I was actually taking Charlotte's details to potentially support another client of mine, but we immediately got on and stayed in touch."

Although the original referral opportunity didn’t materialise, the connection proved valuable in an unexpected way. Charlotte was looking for consistent social media marketing support to allow her to focus on delivering HR services to her clients and remembered the conversation in January.
