Apprenticeships play a vital role in the operation and ethos of Simpson Financial Services. The firm is passionate about creating equal opportunities for talented individuals in the local area, allowing it to build a team defined by attitude, values, intelligence and character. This approach ensures that everyone involved in managing clients’ finances maintains a high - and ever increasing - level of technical expertise, while embodying the core values of Simpson Financial Services.
The success of the apprenticeship programme is further demonstrated by its award-winning team members. Milena Damjanovic, Paraplanner, was recently honoured as Paraplanner Apprentice of the Year 2025, following in the footsteps of Victoria Tolley, Paraplanner, who secured the accolade in 2024. Milena was also named Financial Administrator Apprentice of the Year 2024, a distinction for which Luke Viner, Paraplanner, was shortlisted in 2025. Additionally, Natasha Palmer, Director, Hannah Stanley, Independent Financial Adviser, Alex James, Chartered Financial Planner and Victoria Tolley have all been recognised previously as Coventry CII’s Young Achievers of the Year, underscoring the exceptional calibre of the team.
This latest national award reflects Simpson Financial Services’ unwavering focus on nurturing talent and developing the next generation of finance professionals. The company invites those seeking a trustworthy team to manage their finances, as well as individuals interested in pursuing a rewarding career in financial services, to get in touch and discover more about the opportunities available.
