MTS is the largest independent wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling more than six million tyres nationwide every year – 20 per cent of the total UK market – while Protyre Autocare operates a network of 184 local fast fit garages across the UK.
R&Co’s experienced team of social media and PR specialists, which include former editors and journalists, will deliver PR and social media to support MTS and Protyre Autocare with brand building among B2C and B2B audiences as it looks to grow its market share.
The wholesaler is the latest addition to R&Co’s automotive PR and digital marketing portfolio and joined just after the communications agency was named Medium Consultancy of the Year 2025 at the PRCA Dare Awards.
In the past year, it has seen its clients and staff numbers grow, along with its fee income rising by nearly 40 per cent.
