No Ordinary Hospitality unveils new strategy and digital presence

No Ordinary Hospitality (NOH), a Midlands-based group with a growing portfolio of local venues and services, has launched a refreshed brand and digital strategy to better reflect its evolving offering targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. Formerly known as No Ordinary Hospitality Management (NOHM), the newly repositioned NOH now unites its diverse venues, retail, and events services under one clear, customer focused proposition.

Working closely with the NOH team, local creative digital agency Rawww supported them through a strategic brand evolution, shaping their core proposition, visual identity, and tone of voice to help better communicate the value of their growing portfolio, which includes destinations such as Coombe Abbey Hotel, St Mary’s Guildhall, and The Avenue at Coombe.


As part of the project, Rawww also supported with their new website that brings together the NOH brand story while offering clear routes for both business clients and leisure customers to explore services, book venues, and discover unique experiences. Designed for flexibility, clarity, and scalability, the website provides a seamless user journey that supports NOH’s
long-term ambitions for growth.
