The webinar, titled “Be The Change – Small Actions To Reduce Stress And Build Everyday Resilience”, is designed specifically for employers to deliver to their teams. It focuses on practical steps organisations can take to reduce the impact of sustained workplace pressure and prevent burnout.
The interactive session explores how stress shows up in workplace behaviours and performance, early warning signs managers can spot, and small but meaningful actions that help build healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
Claire Russell, founder of Mental Health in Business, said stress has become normalised in many organisations.
“Stress is part of modern working life, but for many people it no longer feels like a short-term response to pressure – it has become constant. When that happens, it affects decision-making, relationships, performance and ultimately the bottom line,” she said.
“This year’s theme, Be The Change, is about moving beyond awareness. Real change happens when leaders create environments where it’s safe to talk about stress, where early signs are recognised, and where small, consistent actions are taken before pressure tips into burnout.”
Claire added that the webinar is designed to be practical rather than theoretical.
She said: “This isn’t just about raising awareness. It’s about giving teams simple tools they can use immediately – whether that’s improving how conversations are handled, setting clearer priorities, or modelling healthier boundaries around time and availability.”
The session is available to Chamber members at a reduced rate as part of MHIB’s commitment to supporting healthier workplaces across Coventry and Warwickshire.
