Following a successful peak period at the end of 2025, the privately owned business has unveiled a four-year strategic plan that will see revenues grow by 165 per cent as LTS moves into its next phase of development. The strategy reflects a business that never stands still, built on continual reinvestment and a clear focus on delivering measurable value for customers.
Under the leadership of Managing Director Dave Hands, who has orchestrated the company’s vision and direction, the plan is underpinned by sustained investment in technology, people and sustainability, while remaining firmly anchored to the values that have shaped LTS for more than 25 years — integrity, partnership, efficiency and exemplary levels of customer service.
LTS has built a reputation for being customer-centric, consistently punching above its weight by combining the agility of an independent operator with the breadth and capability of a full-service logistics provider.
As part of its growth strategy, the business will continue to expand its market portfolio, leveraging its coveted BRCGS accreditation to further develop its ambient food logistics offering, while strengthening its ability to deliver true end-to-end supply chain solutions for customers in other vertical markets operating both in the UK and internationally.
Technology will play a central role in enabling this next stage of growth. Continued investment in transport and warehouse management systems, real-time supply chain visibility and digital customer platforms is designed to drive efficiency, enhance transparency and support the high levels of service for which LTS is renowned.
Sustainability and ESG too remain integral to the LTS proposition. The company operates from a 130,000 sq ft headquarters and warehouse facility built to Net Zero carbon construction standards and has been at the forefront of sustainable transport in the region, including the adoption of an electric vehicle and a modern low-emission fleet.
Building on its Planet Mark Business Certification and verified emissions reduction strategy, LTS is now advancing its Scope 3 reporting to work collaboratively with customers and partners to reduce emissions across the wider supply chain.
International expansion is also a key pillar of the strategy. Over the past 12 months, LTS has opened new international sites in Hong Kong, India and Dubai, strengthening its global footprint and enabling smoother cross-border operations for customers. This growing international network allows clients to consolidate their logistics requirements under one trusted provider, improving visibility, control and resilience across their supply chains.
As the business continues to develop and grow, LTS will further expand its leadership team to ensure it operates to best-in-class standards across compliance, quality and operational excellence. Investment in people, wellbeing and development remains a priority, protecting the culture that has underpinned the company’s success while supporting sustainable, long-term growth.
LTS Global Solutions, Managing Director Dave Hands commented: “This plan is about growing the business in the right way. We are ambitious, but we are equally clear that our growth must be customer-led, sustainable and underpinned by the values that define LTS. We continually invest in our people, our fleet, our technology and our global capability because our customers rely on us to deliver, often in challenging conditions. As we look to 2030, our focus is on building a stronger, more resilient business that continues to exceed expectations without losing what makes LTS different.”
With a clear roadmap to 2030, a strong order book and a proven ability to adapt in demanding market conditions, LTS Global Solutions enters 2026 confident in its ability to grow responsibly, deliver outstanding customer service and further strengthen its position as a forward-thinking logistics partner in the UK and global market.
