Louise Brookes, learning and development manager at Lodders, says: “This year’s trainee programme attracted a highly competitive pool of applicants. Building on the success of last year’s cohort - now in their third seats and gaining broad experience across the firm - our new trainees are set to benefit from a similarly rich and diverse development journey. Each trainee also brings valuable in-house experience, which is a real asset to our teams and clients from day one.”
Paul Mourton, Lodders’ managing partner, adds: “We’re delighted to welcome our new trainees to Lodders. Each of them has shown exceptional skill and talent throughout what was an incredibly competitive application process. These new appointments are a testament to the firm’s continued growth and strong reputation in the regions in which we operate. Investing in new talent is central to our long-term vision, and we remain committed to supporting the future leaders of the legal profession through our comprehensive training programme.”
