Branch Manager, Dani Coe commented ‘We are delighted to support local charity, Young People First. Our staff are keen to contribute to the communities we are part of, and the quiz night was the perfect way to support the charity whilst having fun along the way.
"A big thank you to all the local businesses that supported this event and helped raise funds for this worthwhile cause.’
Young People First delivers youth work, mentoring, youth clubs, group work, detached work, peer mentoring, out-of-school-support, in-school support, holiday schemes and family support, all with the aim of helping young people to become the best version of themselves.
Jo Squires from the charity said: ‘Young People First are so grateful to Dani and the team at Handelsbanken Leamington Spa for hosting this fundraising quiz on our behalf.
"We were delighted to receive over £2000 towards our work with disadvantaged young people and their families in Leamington. It's wonderful to see the team at Handelsbanken caring so much about the work that we do, and caring enough to put on such an incredible fundraiser for us and giving us the platform to share our story with other local businesses too. Thank you!’
