The launch was marked by an evening reception attended by local businesses, partners and community stakeholders, introducing Elle’s as a new destination for dining, socialising and professional gatherings in the city centre.
Backed by Dhillon’s Brewery and led by Managing Director Dal Dhillon, Elle’s brings together six independent kitchens and two bars under one roof, providing a collaborative platform for local food entrepreneurs while supporting employment opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Designed as a modern and flexible venue, Elle’s caters to commuters, professionals, leisure-led audiences, refined experience hunters, and the wider community. The space offers casual dining, drinks, live entertainment and events, with its location beside Coventry Station making it easily accessible for both city workers and visitors.
Speaking at the launch reception, Managing Director Dal Dhillon said: “Elle’s represents our commitment to supporting independent operators while creating a vibrant space for people to meet, eat and socialise in Coventry. We’re proud to be part of the Friargate district and the city’s continued evolution.”
Representatives from the local council also addressed guests, acknowledging the contribution of hospitality-led developments in strengthening Coventry’s leisure offer and cultural vibrancy following its City of Culture legacy.
The launch event featured live entertainment and performances, showcasing the venue’s versatility for social occasions, after-work gatherings, corporate events and private functions.
Elle’s is now open to the public and available for bookings and private events.
