The awards highlight the best work in retirement housing projects, integrated retirement communities and services in the UK.
Deeley Group has delivered 868 later living and retirement living units, providing important homes for older people in communities across the Midlands.
The company’s focus on partnership working and sustainable development has helped to establish its reputation as one of the leading partners for later living, retirement living, healthcare and care schemes in the region.
It is currently delivering new schemes for partners including Anchor, Housing 21, Greatwell Homes and Preferred Homes Ltd.
Deeley Group collected the award at a ceremony which was held as part of the Care Show 2025 at the NEC Birmingham.
The accolade builds on a string of recent awards for the business, including Best Partnership of the Year for its work with Housing 21 at the HealthInvestor Seniors Housing Awards 2025.
It comes as the business prepares to celebrate its 90th year in 2026.
Eleanor Deeley, Joint Managing Director at the Deeley Group, said: “We have grown significantly in the later living and retirement living sector over the past five years and this award is testament to the work and dedication of everyone in our team in driving that growth.
“As we approach our 90th year, this award highlights how the core values that the business was founded on remain just as important today as when the company started out in 1936.
“We are proud to work with our partners to continue to bring forward high-quality homes that meet the needs of communities across the Midlands and surrounding areas.”
