The QES is delivered in partnership with Prime Accountants Group and the results are analysed by the Business Intelligence Service at Warwickshire County Council in order to give a clear picture of business confidence and the economic outlook.
The final results are also fed into the British Chambers of Commerce and is one of several ways it reports into decision-makers on the issues affecting businesses.
And any business that fills in the survey will be added to a prize draw to win four tickets to a movie of their choice at Showcase Cinema in Coventry.
Corin Crane, chief executive of Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “As a Chamber, we are speaking to businesses day in, day out, and we pick up lots of anecdotal evidence to feed into decision-makers at a local, regional and national level.
“But the beauty of our QES is it gives us as a Chamber and our colleagues at the British Chambers of Commerce tangible data on how companies are feeling and what their prospects are for growth.
“It genuinely informs policy and helps us to paint a true picture of business confidence and the wider economic outlook.
“It takes a couple of minutes to fill in but can have a real impact.”
