A wide range of roles, from entry level to senior management, will be on offer from employers spanning a range of different sectors.
Coventry Building Society, the University of Warwick, the British Army, Childbase Partnership and Prospects are among the organisations that will advertise new vacancies, offer careers advice and connect directly with potential applicants.
Job Fairs are held at the Arena every three months and have grown in popularity with both employers and jobseekers, who can also get tips on how to improve their CV, interview skills and build confidence.
The events are free to attend and provide a welcoming environment for people at all stages of their career journey, whether they are seeking their first role, returning to the workplace or aiming to progress in their current profession.
Sean Heppinstall, Head of Operations at Job Fairs by The Bridge, which organises the event, said: “We’re delighted to be showcasing so many exciting vacancies from a real mix of employers.
“We know from experience how jobseekers and employers alike really value the chance to meet in person so it’s great that we’re able to provide those opportunities.
“Whether just starting out, changing careers or looking for a fresh challenge, the Coventry Jobs Fair is designed to give jobseekers the confidence, connections and information needed to make the first, or next, step in their careers.
Jenni Ford, Director of Sales and Marketing at Coventry Building Society Arena, said: “Hundreds of people from the local community have started their careers with us and have either worked their way up, moved into a different sector or taken up a role that is closer to what they might have studied in higher or further education.
“So, hosting the Coventry Jobs Fair ties neatly into our ethos and ambition to provide employment opportunities for people in the area.
“As well as exploring job vacancies, attendees can pick up useful tips on how to make their CVs stand out which can really help to boost people’s confidence at what can be a difficult time.
“It’s such a valuable event for jobseekers and employers and one we’re incredibly proud to support.”
