Established in 1965, The BPMA is the leading champion of best practice within the distribution of promotional products, including sourcing and manufacturing in the UK. The Code of Conduct for BPMA members reflects a commitment to quality and integrity throughout the value chain. Membership to the BPMA is achieved through a formal application process, designed to vet and verify companies as meeting association standards.
The BMPA acts on behalf of distributors, suppliers, and service providers, liaising with practitioners, governments, and policymakers domestically and internationally. The Distributor of the Year (under 500K) is a popular category with many small promotion and merchandising companies active.
At the annual awards celebration evening hosted by comedian Hal Cruttenden, 17 awards were presented by BPMA Chairman Clive Allcott and BPMA CEO Phil Goodman. The prestigious award for Chilli Promotional Products’ founder Jody Fletcher and her small team showcases the respect they have earned once again from the industry.
Chilli Promotional Products sources and distributes branded merchandise, corporate gifts, promotional products, workwear and corporate clothing to UK clients. Jody, Lisa and Laura have supplied products to household names and local businesses, with clients including Marks & Spencers, The Financial Conduct Authority, and Broadwick Soho luxury hotel, which was one of The Times' Best Places to Stay award winners 2025. Jody’s dedication and previous experience in marketing has helped Chilli Promotional Products to provide merchandise that drives brand awareness, improves team culture and makes customers feel truly valued.
The BPMA annual awards recognise professionalism, passion, and hard work, which is appreciated by customers and BPMA members who nominate and vote for outstanding service and commitment. The BPMA’s mission is to promote progressive, responsible and effective quality and integrity in a world-class promotional merchandising industry, making its awards a symbol of exceptional standards, high calibre services and notable innovation.
Chilli Promotional Products, Jody said, “This award means so much to us. After winning last year, we were thrilled to be announced as finalists again for 2026. Being voted for by our supply chain makes it even more special. These are the people we work with day in, day out, the ones who see how we communicate, how we manage projects, and the care that goes into every single order. Hearing our name called again really was a pinch-me moment.
This is very much a team effort. We’re hugely grateful to our suppliers for voting for us again and of course to our customers for trusting us with their orders. We’re incredibly proud of what we do together. We know that people want branded products that feel good, last longer, and genuinely align with their values.
We have regular, honest conversations about sustainable materials, ethical production, and the full lifecycle of products. Telling our clients’ stories through merchandise is something we really care about, so after such a positive boost from this award, we’re excited to share more in the year ahead. Thoughtful merchandise can build real connection and become a long-term tool, and that’s exactly what we’ll continue to focus on.”
