Alongside her role as Client Account Manager, Kristel is currently working towards her AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting, with just one exam remaining, and is on track to complete the qualification in March/April of next year. She balances her studies and professional responsibilities while also being a busy mum to two boys, demonstrating exceptional commitment and determination.
In her spare time, Kristel also gives back to the community by helping to coach local Under 10s and Under 13s football teams, further reflecting the citizenship values recognised by this award and her dedication to supporting young people both inside and outside of the workplace.
Reflecting on her achievement, Kristel said:
“It’s not often I say this but I am so proud of myself.”
