The Changing Lives entry was supported by case studies outlining the financial and personal benefits accrued by numerous Chadwick clients of varying sizes; the coaching and career development the company offers to its own employees; and the charitable work it does within the Warwickshire region.

Examples of the former included five-figure savings for respective clients on VAT, Capital Gains Tax and Corporation Tax; the introduction of debt reduction and financial planning strategies for under-pressure companies; and a phased programme of transformation of a business that resulted in them securing £5.2m in private equity.
