Beth, whose current title is Executive Support and Marketing Lead, is the driving force behind Chadwick’s marketing strategy, leading on content generation and new ideas, and proving herself to be a core part of the team.
She began her Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification in February 2024 and has already confirmed in Gateway - the period of time between an apprentice completing their training and commencing their end-point assessment - a full month ahead of schedule, with the potential to complete up to four months early.
“With 100% attendance, outstanding commitment and a proactive approach, Beth has created fantastic campaigns and content that are already making a real difference,” commented Kelly Goddard, Operations Manager for Wolverhampton-based Academy.
Beth’s success is also a reflection of the incredible support from Chadwick’s, who exemplify what it means to invest in apprenticeship talent. The company’s managing director, Rachael Chadwick-Harrison, has been fully engaged in the journey, attending every review, supporting Beth with key topics, and helping shape tasks that bring real business value.
