Mark Booth, senior surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, explained that the new letting was on a five-year lease at £12,000 a year, with the first two months secured rent-free.
Mr Booth said: “This ground floor property is in an ideal location for a new salon, on a busy main road just off Spon End, near central Coventry.
“The unit extends to some 587 sq ft and has electric heating, with the main retail area of around 282 sq ft having good natural light, and then a 305 sq ft office with high quality kitchen facilities.”
The new salon will be close to the Alvis and Central Six retail parks and the Skydome Centre, just two minutes from junction 7 of the city centre’s ring road, and less than a mile from Coventry railway station.
