Ms Watters said: “The experience I gained gave me the essential background to develop my career.
“Having worked with Tom before, I understand the drive and ambition behind Bromwich Hardy, so the chance to join him again and help push this business forward is incredibly exciting.”
Tom Bromwich, who founded Bromwich Hardy in 2008, said: “Jo is an ideal addition to our multi-disciplined team.
“Her career spans over 20 years working across all sectors of property throughout the UK, including industrial, retail, office, residential, agricultural, telecoms and infrastructure.
“Her particular area of expertise is valuation, landlord and tenant, and lease consultancy, providing strategic advice within these areas.”
Ms Watters added: “I am passionate about developing a team culture and developing talent which I believe is essential for growth.
“This is one of Bromwich Hardy’s core values, so I was very pleased to be invited by the partners to join.”
Ms Watters’ career experience also encompasses working in Birmingham for Knight Frank as agent on several high-profile office developments.
She worked in the landlord and tenant and valuation department of Colliers (Northern Ireland) for 13 years, carrying out valuations for several lending institutions including HSBC, Santander, Barclays and Ulster Bank.
This tenure included being seconded to the Ulster Bank’s Recoveries Department.
She worked for land and environment consultants Dalcour Maclaren between 2020 and 2025, liaising with a number of key clients such as MBNL, Fibrus, Northern Ireland Electricity and SONI.
During this period, she led the Northern Ireland office and supported the growth from six to 12 colleagues.
Ms Watters’ new position means the number of partners at Bromwich Hardy has grown from three to five in the last year, with the other partners being Tom Bromwich, Dawn Cooper, David Penn and Ed Bunbury.
