This included a near 38% growth in sales figures, with lettings per annum also increasing by nearly 29%.
Ed Bunbury, a partner at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We were all delighted when judges confirmed us as the best property business across the whole of the West Midlands.
“This award is well deserved by the whole team here at Bromwich Hardy who have all pulled together to produce a fantastic performance in the last year, despite tough market conditions.”
Bromwich Hardy won the ‘Property Business of the Year’ after beating off stiff competition from other shortlisted companies Fleet Milne, ONE Creative environments, Vail Williams and Walton Homes Ltd.
Afroze Zaidi, West Midlands editor ofTheBusinessDesk.com, who organised the awards, said: “My congratulations go out to Bromwich Hardy and all the winners.
“While the standard of entries we received this year was particularly high, we had a rigorous judging process to pick the most worthy winner in each category.”
Bromwich Hardy has also performed well in this year’s CoStar Awards, coming second in the category of ‘Industrial Award – Most Active Single Branch Agency’, judged by the number of acquisitions and disposals.
Mark Booth, senior surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We had a really good showing in the CoStar Awards, which positioned us in the top five agencies in four categories.
“We were particularly pleased to be runners up in the ‘Most Active Single Branch Agency’ category, as this reflected our high performance on so many deals.”
