The programme, currently being developed with support from a BITC member organisation specialising in healthcare solutions, will offer a series of online learning sessions and peer-to-peer workshops focused on practical wellbeing support for smaller employers.
Before finalising the offer, BITC is seeking direct input from businesses to ensure the programme reflects the real challenges and needs faced by employers today.
Organisations are invited to share their views through a short, 10-minute survey:

All contributors will receive a summary of the findings and an invitation to the launch of the fully funded support sessions once they are available.
Chris Gopal, from BITC’s team, encouraged employers to take part: “Your insight will help us shape something that makes a genuine difference to smaller employers and their people.”
