Creavo have grown rapidly from just 5 to 45 employees in 4 years to support the development and commercialisation of their magnetocardiography device where, they have 2 major and several smaller studies ongoing. This technology is used to aid clinicians to rule patients out of the chest pain pathway in a fraction of the time required by existing methods, offering the potential for both significant cost savings for hospitals and improved outcomes for patients.
The collaborative nature of the work and ever-expanding workforce means that Creavo need tools that make it possible for virtual and highly mobile teams to work together in real time on complex projects, sharing their presence information, collaborating on documents and using video conferencing to bring people together to work on tasks quickly.
A new system that replaced the existing telephone system at Creavo and complemented it with a suite of collaboration tools to enable Creavo to change they work and communicate was needed.
Rugby based Telecoms company Mann Telecom were selected and supplied a new ‘Unified Communications’ package from vendor 8x8.
