Reflection, Remembrance, and Connection - 2nd Annual Remembrance Evening

If you have lost someone to suicide, we warmly invite you to join us for the Second Annual Evening of Remembrance for Those Bereaved by Suicide—a compassionate and family-friendly gathering where we come together to honour our loved ones, support one another, and find comfort in shared understanding.
This special day will take place at the beautiful and historic Warwick Castle on 1st May 2025. It is a peaceful, welcoming space where you can reflect, share memories, and connect with others who truly understand your grief.
A Safe and Supportive Space
This event is for anyone bereaved, or affected by, suicide—families, friends, colleagues and individuals—offering a place of warmth, remembrance, and healing. Whether you wish to quietly reflect or share your story, you will be surrounded by people who care, with lived experiences.
What to Expect:
- A compassionate and peaceful environment where you can honour your loved one’s memory.
- Inspiring speakers sharing messages of hope, resilience, and connection.
- Guided remembrance activities designed to bring comfort and reflection.

Volunteer for Big Ideas at Warwick: Transforming the Future!
University of Warwick, Kirby Corner Road, Coventry, CV4 8UW

What is Big Ideas at Warwick?
Big Ideas at Warwick is a fun interactive workshop at the University of Warwick which sees local year 9 students take on the role of a new social enterprise company for the day. They will have the opportunity to work in teams to develop a new product idea to tackle a social issue of their choice and to then “pitch” their product.
The programme:
- Sparks ambition amongst young people from underserved communities, inspiring them to consider their future education and careers
- Offers students the opportunity to engage with higher education and the world of work through direct interaction with volunteers
- Supports young people to develop valuable new employability skills
How you could support young people on the day?
- Sharing insights into your industry
- Acting as a role model
- Providing insight into the world of work and sharing your own career journey
- Highlighting the diversity of the opportunities in the local area, or in your industry
- Supporting the students through their tasks and activities
- Answer any queries relating to your experiences in the industry, or general employment-related questions.
Volunteers do not need to prepare anything, a full briefing will be given beforehand.

Bee Experience
