As a fellow Chamber member, WorkPays is committed to strengthening the Coventry business community by bridging the gap between local employers and motivated young talent. Through the WMCA-funded Path2 programme, we are currently offering members a risk-free way to grow their teams.
We have a cohort of pre-screened, "work-ready" 19–29-year-olds in the CV postcode ready for 2-week work trials. Because the programme is fully funded, there is no recruitment fee and no salary cost to the employer during the trial period.
