Mental Health in Business

Exclusive Stress Awareness Month offer for Chamber members

Expiry Date: 30/04/2026

Work related stress is now a key business risk as well as a wellbeing concern. Employers are expected to assess and manage psychosocial risks in line with HSE guidance and the Management Standards, and to show how they are protecting psychological as well as physical health.

To support local businesses with this, Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber member Mental Health in Business (MHIB) is offering an exclusive Stress Awareness Month package during April.

Chamber members can access:

  • Be the Change – a 1 hour, all staff webinar on small, practical actions to reduce stress and build everyday resilience.
  • Leading Through Stress – a 2 hour interactive workshop for managers on legal duties, psychological risk and supportive conversations.

Full details can be found here: MHIB CWChamber Stress Awareness Month Offer

These sessions are designed for organisations of all sizes and sectors, helping you move beyond awareness into practical, defensible action on work related stress - reducing risk, supporting your people and strengthening performance.

Preferential pricing is available to Chamber members for bookings made in April, with delivery dates flexible throughout the year.

To find out more or discuss what would work best for your organisation, contact Chamber member Mental Health in Business at [email protected] and quote your Chamber membership.
